The Bixby Spartans defeated Enid, 16-6, Saturday May 13 at ONEOK Field in Tulsa to capture the Class 6A baseball state championship.
The Spartans closed their season with a 14-game winning streak under head coach Justin Delay.
Bixby opened state tournament play with a 6-1 win over Edmond North and followed with a 2-0 victory over Owasso in the semifinals.
