3 Questions with Trista Everding
VYPE: What does it mean to you to be called the unsung hero of this team?
Everding: To be named a unsung hero for the team is a big compliment to me. It shows me that my hard work to help the team is paying off, and I’m not just doing it for nothing.
VYPE: If you were stranded on an island, who are three people you would want with you?
Everding: The first person I would want with me on a stranded island is my mom, Teresa Everding because she has been there for all aspects of my life, and she would keep me sane. The second person I would have with me is my dad, Luke Everding because he would know how to survive on the stranded island. The third person I would have with me on the stranded island would be my brother, Tyler Everding because he would keep all of my family from going crazy, and he would be the one to find food, water, and any other resources we would need.
VYPE: What do you love most about being a student-athlete at Bixby High School?
Everding: The thing I’ve loved most about being a student-athlete is all the fun experiences and lifelong friendships I’ve made with people throughout high school.
